Sotiris Konstantinou

Sotiris ("Sotos") has spent more than 15 years building and running regulated financial services and fintech businesses across the EU.

He has served as Executive Director at CySEC-regulated investment firms and has board-level experience extending to the electronic money sector under the supervision of the Central Bank of Cyprus. He has particular experience in designing operationally efficient governance frameworks and implementing merger and acquisition integrations within the regulated environment for global fintech brands.

Earlier in his career, he headed the regulatory structuring and business development practice of an international financial services advisory firm, where he led the licensing and establishment of over 30 regulated entities across Europe, including investment firms, alternative investment funds (AIFs), and payment and electronic money institutions, advising their boards on governance design, operational development and strategic regulatory engagement with CySEC, the Central Bank of Cyprus and other EU authorities.

Sotos is an independent non-executive director of Hoxton Wealth (Europe) Ltd, contributing to the firm's governance, compliance oversight and business strategy, and supporting its commitment to sound regulatory practice and long-term value creation.
