Charlie began as an accountant in a reputable professional services company. He spent four years in this role, where he honed his skills in managing financial operations, internal controls, and compliance.

In 2020, Charlie joined Hoxton Wealth as Financial Controller. He quickly impressed Chris with his exceptional performance and was promoted to Finance Director in 2021. In this role, Charlie was responsible for managing the company's financial strategy and overseeing its financial operations.

Currently, Charlie serves as the Chief Operating Officer, regarded as Chris's right-hand man, responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all departments across the business.
