Mansel Oliver

Mansel is Chief Technology Officer at Hoxton Wealth, leading the firm's product, engineering, design, and data organization from its Dubai base. He has spent 13 years building and scaling technology teams from the ground up, across IoT, Payments, Banking, and SaaS.

His background in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Product Design and Human Factors Integration, gives him a strong understanding of how systems work and a natural ability to research and empathize with end users. This combination of technical depth and user-centered thinking has enabled him to launch and scale multiple products and systems.

At Hoxton, Mansel is responsible for the technology underpinning the firm's international expansion, with teams supporting regulated operations across multiple jurisdictions, and works closely with the firm's leadership to shape its technology and product direction.

Outside of work, Mansel is a lifelong tinkerer who enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
