Katherine Rabaiotti

Katherine Rabaiotti is the Global Chief Compliance Officer and UK Director of Compliance, responsible for overseeing regulatory strategy, governance, and risk across the Group’s international operations, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the United States, Australia, and Asia.

She is accountable for leading the firm’s regulatory, governance, and conduct framework, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Katherine embeds robust systems and controls across the business while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency.

Her responsibilities include oversight of risk management, policy governance, and Consumer Duty outcomes, alongside providing strategic compliance insight to the Board and senior leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Katherine has over 25 years of experience in financial services, spanning compliance, risk, financial crime, and advisory roles. She has held a number of senior leadership positions, with extensive experience in regulatory oversight, governance transformation, and building scalable compliance frameworks across complex organisations.

She holds a Certificate in Global Financial Compliance (CISI) and a Diploma in Financial Planning, alongside advanced supervision qualifications and an honours degree in law. Katherine has also held approved function regulatory roles, spanning regulation, compliance, and anti-money laundering.

Known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Katherine works closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance is embedded in a way that supports both strong positive client outcomes and sustainable business growth.
