Events • Where Will You Retire?
Where will your future take you? In may we hosted a ticket-only seminar event for British Nationals in the UAE, planning their next chapter
Whether you're planning to return to the UK or make your home permanently overseas, the decisions you make today will shape your lifestyle, your finances, and your legacy.
Guests joined us for an educational (but refreshingly un-dry) evening that explored the most important financial and lifestyle considerations for internationally mobile individuals approaching retirement.
This event was designed specifically for British expats and long-term residents of the UAE who are thinking seriously about what comes next.
This event explored the key financial and lifestyle questions facing expats as they plan for retirement — whether that means returning to the UK or staying abroad.
We looked at:
Back to Britain or Staying Abroad? - The practical and emotional considerations of where to retire — from cost of living and healthcare to family, identity, and lifestyle.
Tax, Pensions & Your Retirement Choices - How your choice impacts your tax position, income strategy, and long-term wealth — including pensions, currency planning, and estate tax exposure.
Expectations vs Reality - Real case studies from individuals who’ve made the decision to stay or go — and what they learned along the way.
Why You Must Have A WIll - Why having the right will in place is essential when your assets and loved ones cross borders.
The event was a clear, engaging session that balanced personal experience with professional insights — and left our guests better equipped to make confident and informed decisions about their future.
