Hosted by Hoxton Capital, the event featured expert speakers who provided invaluable insights and practical strategies for maximising returns and minimising liabilities in the ever-evolving landscape of property taxation.

Attendees had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of UK tax regulations and their profound impact on property portfolios, both in the UK and within the UAE. Highlights of the seminar included discussions on UK taxation of UAE and worldwide property assets, property ownership from outside the UK, holding property assets within company structures, and navigating recent budget changes affecting capital gains tax (CGT) and stamp duty rules for overseas investors.

The seminar, held at Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites in Dubai and Crowne Plaza – Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, provided attendees with clarity and confidence to make informed decisions about their property investments. By exploring cost-effective money movement strategies and understanding the nuances of UK tax laws, participants gained the tools they need to unlock the full potential of their property investments.
