Eva Polyviou

Eva began her career in operational and administrative roles in the financial services industry. She gained hands-on experience in back-office administration, CRM data management, and KYC/AML compliance support. Building on that foundation, she joined Hoxton Wealth, where she is now Head of Back Office and Administration.

Throughout her career, Eva has helped create efficient, well-organised processes that support both advisers and clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Her earlier experience as General Manager of a multi-site business gave her strong leadership and team management skills. She holds a BSc (Hons) from University College Birmingham, along with CPD and AML/CFT/CPF certifications, and keeps up with ongoing regulatory training.

Eva lives in Larnaca. She has organised fundraising events for PASYKAF, the Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends, a cause close to her heart. Outside work, she dedicates her free time to her little son.
