Kylee Lancsar

Kylee Lancsar is the Marketing Manager for Asia at Hoxton Wealth, with extensive experience leading strategic marketing initiatives across international financial services organisations. She holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Advertising and began her career in senior design roles, developing a strong foundation in brand, digital, and campaign delivery.

Her early focus on understanding client behaviour and campaign performance led to specialisation in UX and UI, ensuring marketing activity is commercially effective, client-centric, and aligned to business objectives. Kylee brings a disciplined approach to integrating creativity with strategy, particularly within complex, multi-market environments.

Having held a Regional Marketing Manager role with Asia’s largest insurance broker, Kylee relocated to Hong Kong in 2012, where she built deep regional expertise across Asia. At Hoxton Wealth, she leads marketing strategy and execution across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with advisory, technology, finance, and operations teams to support both B2B and B2C growth.

Kylee is recognised for delivering consistent brand positioning, scalable marketing frameworks, and high-impact campaigns that support Hoxton Wealth’s long-term growth across the Asia region.
